For me VIDI represents a project to work for both health and the quality of life of people with diabetes and their immediate environment involving solidarity and the intention of going beyond a professional experience of more than twenty years in the field. An experience built on actions based on a social view of the disease and on the need of a true human response to this serious Healthcare problem.
This ideal materialized as VIDI Foundation counts on the generous advice of my best teachers, colleagues and friends and has the deep hope of achieving the participation of the community, including all the Healthcare sectors involved.
