Life and Diabetes Foundation was born as a solidarity Project for the community, with the objective of promoting quality of life for people with diabetes and their immediate environment. Dr. Mario C. Basile, president of the Foundation and former Medical Director of LAPDI (Argentine League For The Protection Of Diabetic People) is calling a multidiscipline team with a wide professional experience and social sensitivity to join efforts to achieve the corresponding objectives.
LAPDI: Argentine League For The Protection Of Diabetic People is a non-profit association endorsed by Nobel Prizes Dr Bernardo A. Houssay and Dr. Luis F. Leloir and by the Diabetes Argentine Society (SAD) since it was founded on 1966
